Cancellation Policy (with registration fee):

Please note that failure to cancel within 24 hours of a class with a registration fee will result in the registrant being responsible for the fee in full. Cancellation notification for all classes can be made by email at pconwell@vcpionline.org, by phone to (804) 644-0899 or by fax to (804) 644-0309. We appreciate your courtesy and cooperation. Please note that on rare occasions VCPI may need to cancel a class due to low enrollment, inclement weather, etc. Should VCPI need to cancel a class you will be contacted by email as soon as the need to cancel is determined.

Cancellation Policy (without registration fee):

The Virginia Center for Policing Innovation asks that you give 24 hour cancellation notice if you are unable to attend a VCPI class for which you are registered. The majority of our classes have a limited seating capacity. By extending the courtesy of a cancellation notification someone else is given the opportunity to attend our valuable training.
